Going a Mile


This week we launched a campaign challenging people to go a mile anyway they can: Run, walk, ride or any activity that excites you. Please stay healthy and safe by following your state/county guidelines. Use the hashtag #RunningtheDistance and we will promote your posts in our daily story on Instagram. This about moving and finding balance. Moving is the goal here.


Also, remember it is important to stretch, foam roll and recover while we do this challenge!
